SHIPPING

All prints are carefully produced to order and personally inspected and signed by Anne Phillips before being carefully packaged and shipped.
Free shipping is included on all orders within the United States.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production, processing, and delivery of your order. While many orders may arrive sooner, delivery times can vary depending on production schedules and shipping carrier transit times.
At this time, online orders are available for delivery within the United States only. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing a print, please contact me directly to discuss available options.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. I will work with you to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

RETURNS  & EXCHANGES

Because each print is produced specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to help find a solution.
